Dr. Andrew Simon started Fit Naturopathic at Fit Wellness Centers to support the working individuals in the Ballard and greater Seattle community. He specializes in Naturopathic Family Practice, Physical Medicine, Biofeedback & Stress Management techniques. Using a Behavioral Medicine approach to help make lasting changes and habits stick when implementing foundational determinants of health, including Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Hydration, and a more balanced nervous system.
Additionally, Dr. Simon is a rotating physician at Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle, where he supervises student physicians in the Department of Naturopathic Medicine for the Mind Body Medicine Clinic and Physical Medicine Clinics. Additionally he assists in didactic teaching in the Physical Medicine, Clinical Medicine, and Mind Body Medicine Departments at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA.

Additional Dr. Andrew Simon continues to help supervise Bastyr’s Sports Medicine Club at the Seattle Marathon in downtown Seattle and Emerald City Classic Volleyball Tournament in the U district each year.
Dr. Andrew Simon takes a common sense approach to health and focuses on calming and balancing the nervous system to decrease pain in the body naturally. Increasing range of motion through a spectrum of techniques helps keep people feeling and moving their best. He believes that helping people manage their pain or recover from injuries can help remove a large barrier to exercising and losing weight.
When it is easier for people to utilize natural ways to balance blood sugar, decrease stress, and optimize health the body heals naturally. By helping patients tackle complex health conditions with small simple changes, over time they will succeed in making lasting changes. Through awareness of ones own body signals certain health tools learned in a visit can immediately be utilized.
